Brennan Rock & Roll Academy 2nd Anniversary Concert SOLD OUT!

Headliner Loverboy Concert Reaches Capacity

The Loverboy concert for the 2nd anniversary of the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy is now SOLD OUT. This epic, two day capstone event on March 26 and March 27 will be a rocking good time in honor of the academy’s first two years of success and growth.

The two day celebration starts on March 26th with a free Battle of the Bands competition. Four student bands will compete to be the opening act for legendary rock band Loverboy. Local music celebrity, Crash, will be the evening’s emcee. He will join Mike Reno of Loverboy and The Metal Cowboy, legendary rocker Ron Keel, on the celebrity judging panel. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. for this free event, so come early for what’s guaranteed to be a packed house

“This two day party is a chance for everyone to come together and celebrate the academy and its mission. We are going to get to enjoy the tremendously talented student bands on Thursday and then be treated to the acclaimed rock band Loverboy on Friday. The fact that a group of kids will get to be the opening act for Loverboy is mind-blowing,” said founder of the academy Chuck Brennan.

The Loverboy concert on Friday, March 27th will be a fundraiser for the Brennan Rock & Roll Academy, with all proceeds from the night’s events benefiting the academy’s mission. Fundraisers and events like this make it possible for the academy to remain in first-class shape along with helping to cover the daily operation and facility costs to provide more than 120 music lessons each week to underprivileged kids in the Sioux Empire.

You have to start somewhere and this is the place where it starts. I wish we had this when I was a kid.
